Members Night "How would I process this image"

We had a version of this last season and as it was very popular with members it was decided to repeat it.

The main focus of the evening and the idea behind it is for members to upload, preferably a raw image or three of a photograph they have taken that they would like to improve , or maybe they have no idea of how to process it in the first instance  . 
The challenge then is that other members then choose one or two images from the communal bank and process them in a way they see fit.
Processed and raw images will then be shown and the processing member can explain as best they can how they achieved the finished edit.
